2 cans of biscuits, quarter
1 c. sugar
1 TB. cinnamon
Mix biscuits in cinnamon/sugar mix. Dump into a greased bundt cake pan or 9x13 pan.
Melt 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. brown sugar.
pour over top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350*. When it is done in the middle, flip it over and serve.

Monkey Bread
Best Sugar Cookies (used by Broulims Bakery in Rigby)
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
Combine sugar (2c), baking soda (1 tsp), baking powder (4 tsp) and salt (1/2 tsp). Add oil (1 c), eggs (3), milk (1 c) and vanilla (1tsp). Stir until thoroughly mixed together. Start adding flour a little at a time. Chill at least an hour. Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes or drop them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400* for 8-10 minutes (soft stage).
Screaming Yellow Zonkers
1/2 c. White Karo Syrup
1 C. margarine
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (or other flavor)
food dye for coloring
6qts of popped popcorn, seedless
Bring first set of ingredients to a boil. Pour over popcorn.
If you want it harder, bake at 200* in a large roaster pan for 1 hour. Stir 2-3 times.

Funnel Cakes by Tric
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk, plus 1/3 c to thin
1/2 tsp vanilla
Heat oil 370* in deep pan or skillet
Mix ingredients well
Put in funnel and distribute in pan
Fry until light brown
Dry on towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar/honey/jam

apple and snicker salad
1 pkg. miniature snickers, unwrapped and chopped
1 (12 oz) carton of cool whip
Placed chopped apples into a bowl. Add snickers. Mix in the cool whip. Serve.

Peach & Berry Cobbler
1-2 (big) cans of peaches
1 bag frozen raspberries
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter.
Preheat oven to350*F. Spray the bottom of a 9x13 pan with oil/EVOO/canola oil. Mix the peaches and berries in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the cake mix over the entire thing...and then cube the butter and place over the top.
Start it in the oven at 20 minutes. (Normally 30 minutes)
Watch for the edges to brown and the middle/edges to bubble. Do not let it overcook!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch (half & half)
1. Preheat oven to 335*.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
5. Mix the oats and choc./butterscotch chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
6. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Brownies
1 c . sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Frosting:
3 TB. butter, softened
3 TB. cocoa
1 TB honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease & flour an 8 in square pan.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt & baking powder.
3. Spread butter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Frosting: Combine ingredients and frost brownies while warm.

Mini Cheesecakes
3 lbs. softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 TB. vanilla
6 eggs
2 (16oz) cans cherry pie filling (opt)
Preheat oven to 325*
1. Line muffin tins with mini foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner, flat side down.
2. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on med. speed until blended well.
3. Add eggs. Beat until well mixed.
4. Pour scant 1/4 c. batter over wafers (fill liners about 3/4 full)
5. Bake 25 minutes.
6. Cool completely.
Options: Can cover tightly and freeze.
Before serving, spread with cherry pie filling.
This makes A LOT. Cut recipe in half.
O'Henry Bars
1/2 c. brcown sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 1/2 C. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
3-5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1. Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup.
2. Add oatmeal and flour.
3. Put in a greased 9X 13 inch pan.
4. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
5. Melt chocolate chips; add peanut butter. Stir and mix well.
6. Spread over top of baked crust (while warm). Store in fridge.
*This recipe has been cut in half.
Mock Taffy Apple Dip
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into eights
Dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1. Cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla together.
2. Dip apples into creamed mixture, then into peanuts.
3. Eat immediately!
Candied Popcorn
1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 sm. pkg jello (any red flavor)
1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil.
2. Add jello.
3. Pour over popped popcorn.
4. Stir well to mix.
Caramel Popcorn
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1. Measure popped popcorn into a large bowl.
2. Combine sugars, corn syrup, water, vinegar and salt in a 2 qt. saucepan. Heat to boiling over med. heat, stirring frequently, until 260* on a candy thermometer.
3. Reduce heat to low; stir in butter until melted.
4. Pour caramel syrup in a thin stream over popcorn in bowl, stirring until popcorn is well coated.

7 layer bars
1/2 c. unsalted butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. shredded coconut
1(14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped walnuts (**optional: I have never used and it still turns out really good!)
Preheat oven to 350*.Place butter in a 13X9 inch pan; melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter. Take the graham cracker crumbs and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Layer choc. chips, butterscotch chips, (and nuts) over crumbs. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the nuts. Sprinkle coconut over condensed milk. Bake 25 (17minutes is the top I do it) minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool.
