Keto Taco Soup with Cream Cheese
2 lbs ground beef
Onion
2 8oz cream cheese
1-2 can diced chili’s
1-2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can rotel
2 TB Taco seasoning
3 cups beef broth
Garnish: cheese
1. Push sauté button and brown meat and onions in Instant pot
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Close lid and push soup function. 4 minutes.
4. Release pressure and add more cheese for garnish.
