Instant Pot Swedish Meatballs Recipe:

Ingredients:
18 oz bag of Frozen Meatballs
8 oz carton of Sliced Mushrooms (I didn't add and it tasted great)
1 Onion, diced (I used a red onion)
1 10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 c Beef Broth
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Plug in the Instant Pot and press the SAUTE button.
2. Add the meatballs to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
3. Add the onion, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, steak sauce,
and seasonings.
4. Stir everything together and place the lid on the Instant Pot.
5. Make sure the valve is set to SEALING.
6. Press the MANUAL button and set the timer to 10 minutes.
7. Allow the Instant Pot to come to pressure. This takes about 8 minutes.
8. Once the 10 minutes cook time has elapsed, turn the valve to VENTING.
9. Once the steam has released, remove the lid, stir and serve over noodles
