8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into eights
Dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1. Cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla together.
2. Dip apples into creamed mixture, then into peanuts.
3. Eat immediately!

Katie, try putting Heath toffee bits (sold by the chocolate chips) in this, it is awesome. It is one of our favorites this time of year.
